This year’s Annual Convention of the International Studies Association, held from 5-8 April 2018 in San Francisco, CA saw two papers presented by the PROM team. One was the paper ‘Fears of Peers? Explaining Peer and Public Shaming in Global Governance’, the other ‘Beyond the Carrot and the Stick: Explaining the Authority of Peer Reviews in Global Governance’.
